Hainan Natural Rubber Industry Group Golden Rubber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Golden Rubber Company") was founded in March 2009 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hainan Natural Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haijiao Group"). In October 2018, in accordance with the work deployment of the "Integrated Reform Plan for Acquisition and Processing" of Haijiao Group, the original functions of the processing management department of Haijiao Group headquarters and 12 processing subsidiaries including Jinlian were transferred to Jinxiang Company, and the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of Jinxiang Company were established simultaneously, opening a new model of integrated control for acquisition and processing within the island of Haijiao Group.
